This recipe is specially made during winter or cold season with various spices. It is a quick and easy to make mutton soup recipe. It is one of the healthiest soup for kids and family.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 4 Goat Trotters<br />- 2 inch Ginger (crushed)<br />- 8-10 Garlic Cloves (crushed)<br />- 2 tbsp Oil<br />- 3 Bay Leaves<br />- 1 Green Cardamom<br />- 10-12 Black Peppercorns<br />- 1 Onion (chopped)<br />- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- Salt<br />- 3 cups Water<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take 4 medium-sized goat trotters in a bowl, add crushed ginger, garlic cloves.<br />2. Heat oil in a cooker, add bay leaves, green cardamom, black peppercorns, finely chopped onion and stir it well.<br />3. Add turmeric powder, salt, Paya and water into it. Set up the cooker for some time.<br />4. Once 7-8 cooker whistles are done, turn off the flame. Let the cooker cool down for some time.<br />5. Now remove the Paya soup into a bowl. You can enjoy this soup as it is or with Bhakri. Your Mutton Paya Soup is ready to be served.<br />
